The G22 PLUS features two forged steel front spikes with a T-structure, making it a cat that can be used in steep ice conditions, technical mixed routes and challenging north faces. Chosen by top climbers, it has 12 prongs and is used by those who prefer the stability of two prongs compared to using a single prong.
You can replace the front points in case of heavy wear. The plasticity of the forged steel ensures a firm grip on the rock and a "soft" penetration into the ice. The position of each spike is designed to provide greater stability in all climbing positions and on all forms of ice.
Equipped with the famous proactive Grivel Antibott system on both front and back.
